Banking on Cooper Kupp and Gabe Davis Player Props for Week 1 – AthlonSports.com

The Rams and Bills kick off the 2022 season NFL season and some of the game’s biggest stars will be in action. But which players are worth betting on in the player accessories market? Let’s break it down with some of the best bets and value bets for the season opener.

With a 52-point over/under, Los Angeles and Buffalo have the second-highest projected score of the week. This bodes well for some of these gamer accessories.

Gabe Davis anytime TD +140

In 16 regular season games, Davis has scored more touchdowns (6) than Cole Beasley and Emmanuel Sanders combined (5). In two playoff games, Davis had five total touchdowns with four touchdowns in a Single Game. Even with two excellent defenses, bettors expect a shootout. Davis is at +140 on SI Sportsbook to find paying dirt, and I’m in.

Cooper Kupp OVER 93.5 passing yards (-125)

Cooper Kupp received the longest reception OVER 26.5 (-118)

Yes, that passing yard prop is a huge number, but Kupp passed that distance in 15 of 17 games played last year. No need to rub your eyes, that’s not a typo. What else? He topped triple digits in eleven of those games. You’d think the defenses would learn to adapt, but starting in Week 6, Kupp exceeded that total every time. In the playoffs, Kupp scored 183 against Tampa Bay and 142 against San Francisco in the playoffs.

Kupp would also have topped that longest receiving bracket in 13 of 17 regular-season games played in 2021.

Maybe he’s just so good. I would bet on it.

Devin Singletary over 67.5 rushing + receiving (-120)

Buffalo started to trust Singletary last season, and in each of the last five regular season games he easily surpassed that yardage total (89, 96, 78, 110, 112). He also went over that prop in one of two postseason games (94). I don’t see James Cook as a threat this early on and think Buffalo should want to protect their star signalman in the season opener. Singletary should have the opportunity both on the ground and in the receiving game.
